**CLASS DESCRIPTIONS**
After School Classes
White and Orange Aprons
Kids begin our classes in a White Apron. If a child completes 6 (month) sessions (does not need to be consecutive) then they advance to an Orange apron. After another 6 sessions, the student may be able to advance to the Red Apron. This is subject to age, maturity, and dexterity and up to the discretion of Chef Leilani. Additional sessions of Orange Apron is repeated for younger kids.

Cost: $65 per 4 week session, 55 min. class
Start-up Kit (one time fee): $30 includes CCI apron and binder
($10 Apron Advancement from White to Orange Apron)
Older White/Orange & Red Aprons
This class is for older White Aprons (10+) & Orange & Red Apron Students. Children 10-16. We will have more class/group challenges and more advanced recipes.

Cost: $65 per 4 week session, 45-60 min. class depending on age
Start-up Kit (one time fee): $30 includes CCI apron and binder
($10 Apron Advancement from White to Orange Apron and $15 from Orange to Red)
Red & Blue Apron Advanced Classes
This class has more student hands-on challenges with teacher guidance. It requires a lot of teamwork to accomplish the tasks during the one hour class time. These students have advanced from White Apron to a Yellow or Orange Apron previous to being enrolled in these Advanced Classes. A minimum of 12 sessions must be completed. There are exceptions due to age, dexterity and maturity to be accepted into this class.
Cost: $70 per 4 week session, 70+ min. class
Apron Advancement fees: $15 For each Advancement for the new color Apron

Preschool Cooking Class
Preschoolers can cook too!
Learn the importance of taking turns, counting, sharing, washing hands, life skills and more!
Preschoolers are involved in almost every process and the hands-on learning experience is perfect for this age group. We talk about safety in the kitchen, we cook, we wash dishes, we use teamwork, we sing, we listen to stories
related to our "recipe," we try different foods, incorporate 5 senses, and most importantly we have FUN!
Cost: $60 per 4 week session, 40 min. class

Age: 2-6 year olds

Homeschool Cooking Class
Multi-age group designed for homeschool children.
Cooking class incorporates science, math, reading, life skills, and more!
Learn how to follow a recipe step by step as well as working with different kitchen and cooking tools.
This class is hands-on, fully engaged learning. We try different foods and experiment in the kitchen all while having FUN!
Cost: $65 per 4 week session, 45-60 min. class
Start-up Kit (one time fee): $30 includes CCI apron and binder

At this time, all of our homeschool kids join our afterschool sessions.
If you have a group large enough for a daytime class, please email me!
***each class must have a minimum of 4 students, or the class will be cancelled or combined with another one. Please register early each month to confirm your placement.
